Beautiful Double Bed Loft Room & Ensuite Toilet

I am an Indian grand-mother and I live on my own as my children have all left home and I have a large spacious double-bed loft room in my 4 bed house in Ilford to rent £650 pm. The room has storage and two chest of drawers. The room has its own modern ensuite toilet and sink. Very close to Ilford station. Picture does not show but the room is very large and has a lot space around the bed and extra storage space for luggage.

There is a shower room and separate bathroom on the ground floor and a kitchen and dining table eating area.

I am looking for a single full-time employed working professional aged above 25 who is quiet, clean and tidy and respectable. Preferably NOT working from home more than 2 days a week and does not do a lot of cooking, mainly quick meals. All bills are included and I have a washing machine and fast broadband.

I am a 15 minute walk to Ilford Station (Elizabeth Line) or 10 minutes by bus and close to Barking Station. Large Sainsburys and Lidls and Gyms are very close to Ilford Shopping Centre.
