- ⁠400 + Shared Bills per month among 4.
- ⁠Suitable for two girls.
- 1 min away from the bus stop.
- 2 mins far from the underground station.
- Current housemates are Software Professionals and recently graduated Students ( 2 boys in 2 small rooms + 1 girl already in double room. )

- The couple will move out by Monday (Sep 2nd), but feel free to put your luggage in the store room from the weekend.
- ⁠The bus stop right outside operates 24hrs so there shouldn’t be any transportation issue.
- ⁠It’s the Central line so, Friday, Saturday, Sunday you can use the underground
- Deposit as per the owner agreement.

Just to inform about the two guys in the house, We are IITians, very polite and working hard in computer Science career and minding our business and not going to cause any issues/disturbances.
