£875 Furnished En-suite

Hi my name is Venancio and I am currently looking for someone to take over my room contract. I am going to be moving to Leeds soon so I am looking for someone to move in after the 21st September.

The room is a compact double en-suite room with lots of storage. It has a wardrobe, two bookcases, desk and standard double bed. The bed has two large drawers underneath as well. There is a shared kitchen and you will be given a fridge shelf, freezer shelf and a cupboard for your kitchen utensils. THERE IS ALSO A CAT that lives in the kitchen. Due to this you need to be happy to have a cat around.

The landlord also pays for a cleaner to come every Saturday to clean the communal areas. That being said you are still expected to clean up after yourself to maintain a nice living environment.

The house is in walking distance to Redbridge underground station and is a short bus ride to Ilford station.

The potential flatmate needs to be a working professional earning at least £26,250 a year. You will need to be able to show proof of this before the landlord can give you a contract. No couples as this is a single occupancy room. No smoking is allowed in the house either. The rent is non-negotiable and you will be expected to pay 1 month upfront on top of the deposit (one months rent). This means you need to pay £1750 to secure the room before moving in.

The other flatmates are also really friendly however everyone tends to keep to themselves. This is not a party house. Saying that though the other flatmates are happy to have a chat.
