Full furnished accommodation for couple or two female shearer at walking distance from Ilford/Seven kings Station. A double room to rent in a two bed house to share with a Bangladeshi student couple. Therefore a professional /student couple will be preferred. Suitable for two female shearer or a couple. Big garden, big kitchen and sufficient storage and good environment. Close to Ilford station and very close to 24 hours bus route.
All inclusive £800 for single person and £950 for couple ( Council tax, water, gas& electric, WiFi)..
If Bangladeshi Female student I will consider lower rent for short time stay (for 2 months) as stay likely to be in harmony with current household.

Proof of current visa will be needed.
Not suitable for family with children.
