Bed space for 2 or a couple in a shared house

Hi,
This is a flat shared by friends and we are more like a family. The flat is 5 min walk from Hainault street bus stop and 10 min walk from Ilford Station. We are non vegetarians and prefer someone who has similar taste since we run a mess to share the food expenses as well. Although it is really optional to opt in for that.
The room in question is a single room. We have a living space, washing machine but not a drier. We have cloth drying racks where you can put the cloths to dry in. A shared kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub.
The flat is in a barricaded community and there is parking spot downstairs, the charges for parking might vary since you’ll need to get it confirmed from the authorities who take care of gate and stuff.
