This is a very big extra large Room to let for either one person or two people, I am looking for people that are respectful mind their own business clean and tidy and are professional, it is a clean room. The room comes with a double bed and a clothe rack can be provided if needed.
We are a household of friendly family people we mind our own business and we are very clean and tidy and respectful and looking for the same professional people who are working. Please enquire as soon as possible as this room will go quickly. You have access to a very large kitchen and a bathroom which is shared by one or two other people. The properties on the borderline of Ilford and Barking close to bus stops not far from stations. It is a very residential safe area. Great links to good May station I'm barking and Ilford and seven Kings. The rent is £850 a month plus £850 deposit.
