The room is a 15 minute walk from both Ilford Station (Elizabeth line) and Barking station (District/Circle/H&C line, C2C, Overground).

There are two cats that also live at the property - Cleo and Luna.

Ideally looking for someone who keeps Halal as the current members of the house are Muslim. Vegetarians also acceptable.

It is a female household so we would prefer another female tenant.
