I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bedroom flat in Ilford. My current flatmate is moving out.

The rent is £925 (bills exclusive).
Bills: around £200 (electricity, council tax, water, internet, heating).

The apartment is on the 10th floor of Valentine’s House in Ilford. There is an Elizabeth Line train station at the back of the building (easy access to central London). There are shops, gyms, shopping malls, and other facilities around (within 1 to 3 mins walk from the house). The city centre is 4 minutes walk from the building.

Comes with: Washing machine with dryer, storage space and other amenities.
House has a 24 hours concierge.

I am a working professional, easygoing, enjoy socialising, and at the same time I love some quiet moments.

I am looking for someone I can get along with. Importantly someone KIND, CONSIDERATE, CLEAN & TIDY. I am clean and tidy, very respectful and mindful of others and would love someone that shares the same appreciation for cleanliness and considerate especially in a shared space.
