Currently living in the property will be my parents and I will be the first point of contact. I visit on a regular basis and will liaise with the new tenant. My parents are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and someone who will not be causing any trouble.

No smoking, alcohol and no partying allowed as the landlord are religious and don’t want parties or have other people staying.

The new tenant may occasionally have friends or family staying over but must be discussed with landlord beforehand.

Please note, you must arrange for your own laundry to be washed and dryed as we don’t have this facility.

We have en suite bathroom with brand new shower, tv, internet, fridge, kettle, electric small hob, microwave and sofa bed (double).

Easy access to the main road where you can get the bus straight to Barking station and easy to get to Romford.

We have local shops near by such as Co-op and laundrette and other food stores.
