A double room in Ilford/Redbridge.. The room itself is a large double room, there is a new double bed, new small wardrobe in the room.
However please feel free to bring any of your furniture to make it yours. The room is big enough to have your own sofa.
There is a shared living room, with a dining table.
The flat has recently been refurbished, new bathroom, kitchen.
Ilford station is 15 min walk, there is a bus stop near the flat, route 366 and 145 which will take you to Barking, Redbridge which you can connect to the central line.
Ilford has a good connection line, via bus or the Elizabeth line.
Grants hill station in 15 min walk.
It’s worth a look either way, the landlord has expressed if the future tenant is keen.. rent can be negotiated.
The only thing is Wi-Fi will have to be split between myself and yourself… not more then £20 a month.
