En-suite double room - short let (weekly or daily)

I am looking for a short term tenant only for a maximum 2 months.

For a couple, it will be £750.00 a month

You can either rent it for few days or few weeks but maximum of 2 months

I am looking:-
Non-smoker
Keeps the room clean and tidy
Respects privacy of others
Trustworthy
Does not play loud music

We are very close to public transport, shops, post office and to the shopping centre

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Our home is very close to shops, Ilford Station and Newbury Park station (central line). Only bus away to Stratford, London and Barking Station.

Bus stop is just across the road (bus number 169 going to Ilford Station and Barking station where you can take Circle and district line.

Ilford train takes 8mins to Stratford Station where you can either take Central Line that goes to main stations such as Oxford Circus, Marble Arch. You can also take Docklands railway in Stratford Station and Jubilee line that goes to The O2, Canary Wharf. It only takes 16minutes to Liverpool Street Station. It is only 10 minutes to Romford.

The closest tube or underground station is Newbury Park (Central line), which is 20 minutes walk.

PARKING:
If you have a car, free parking from Monday to Saturday (from 6:30pm to 8:00am) and anytime on sunday.

HOSPITALS:
Local hospitals are King George, Whipps and Queen's.

AMENITIES/SHOPS:
Our home is very close to the local shops and Ilford Shopping Centre.
2mins walk to post office, take aways shops like fish and chips, chinese food, indian ect, pizza.

Off licence is 15 seconds walk.
It is only 10mins walk to the shopping centre (The Exchange).
Express Tesco supermarket is just 5mins walk from our home.

Walking distance to Pure Gym, The Gym Group and Nuffield
