Female preferred apartment share. I’m looking for a female flatmate that is happy to share this 2 bedroom apartment with me. Own bedroom and bathroom (not en-suite), share kitchen and living room. Someone that is ready to move in at the end of September and sign a 1 year contract. Apartment building has office spaces incase you need to WFH, has a social space for hosting, and has a movie theatre room. The Gym Group Ilford is located within the same building and there are many other surrounding gym partners roughly 5 minutes walk from the building.

Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher included.

Ilford High Street is about a 3 minute walk from the building. Many shops and restaurants located around the area.

Ilford Station (Elizabeth line) 5 minute walk from the building. 30 minutes into central London.

Total cost of bills per month is roughly £200 on top of rent.
