Welcome to your new home! We are offering a bright and comfortable loft double bedroom in our warm, welcoming family house. The room has high ceilings, great ventilation and is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of draws and dressing table (plenty of storage space).

You will have access to a shared kitchen, dining area and a luxurious garden – perfect for relaxing after work. The bathroom on your floor is shared with 1 other female (26yrs) and it is modern and kept clean and tidy at all times.

House is spacious with free off street parking and located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood with great transport links to the central line underground, shops and parks nearby. Rent includes all bills (utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi), so no extra costs to worry about.

We are looking for a clean, respectful and friendly person (female) who will fit in with our household.

We have a ginger- one eyed cat, that comes in from time to time (hardly here these days).
