I have a Double room available in a Flat in Ilford. The room is available for a fixed 5-month period from 1st February to 30th June. This is perfect for a short-term contractor, an intern, or someone in between moves.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It is bright/quiet/rear-facing.

The Property You will be sharing the property with me and my husband.

Shared areas: Living room, kitchen with all appliances, and balcony.

Bathrooms: You have your own bathroom.

Parking: Paid parking in ilford exchange and nearby sainsbury.

Internet: High-speed broadband is included.

Location & Transport

Less than a minute walk to Ilford Station (Elizabeth Line).

25 minutes to Central London.

Close to local shops, including (Ilford Exchange, Sainsbury, Tesco, Gym Group, Pure Gym and Ilford Lane)

Current Household: Me any my husband both are in Finance and work full time from Monday to Friday (2 days from home). We are generally quiet during the week. I keep the house clean and tidy and am looking for a lodger who will treat the space with respect. We also have a cat.

The Ideal Lodger Looking for a clean, non-smoking professional. As this is a short-term let, it would suit someone who needs a hassle-free base for a few months.
