Living Area for rent

This is a 3-bedroom flat located on the second floor. The other three rooms in the property are occupied by single tenants.

We are offering the living area for rent. The living area has its own separate space; however, access to the kitchen is through the living area. The current tenants rarely use the kitchen, which is why the rent has been kept affordable.

The rent is £400 per month with a £400 deposit for a single person. The space is quite large and includes the living area. The tenant can bring their own mattress, and if they do so, we will charge £350 for the first month, then £400 per month from the following month onward.

All bills are included in the rent. The bathroom, kitchen, and shared facilities will be shared with the other tenants.
Also, the landlord or landlady does not live in the property at all. As mentioned, it is a 3-bedroom flat where the tenants live independently and comfortably. There are no unnecessary restrictions or interference from anyone.
