I also value someone who is considerate about shared resources such as electricity and water, while still being comfortable using them as needed. The same applies to the building’s amenities — they’re there to be enjoyed, while being mindful of others and the resources involved.

Ideally, I’m looking for a full-time working professional, preferably someone who works primarily from the office or has a hybrid working arrangement.

I’d prefer a female flatmate, simply as a personal preference, but of course, no disrespect to anyone from other backgrounds. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who is responsible, considerate and respectful when sharing a home.
