bus . 66, 296, 396. the 296 bus runs all night on weekends 86 night bus comes through Ilford. There is a 5 minutes walk to large Sainsbury suppermarket plus local shops nearby.

Queens Mary's University 20 min on the tube to Mile End station.
East London University 15 minutes to Stratford.
Whipps Cross Teaching Hospital, Queens Teaching Hospital and King George Hospital provide easy access.
