Renting out a 44sqm top floor flat with two bedrooms available for professionals, on a short-stay basis with cleaning and linen until 24th March.
I’ll be back in the flat from 25 March until about June - so I will only be renting out the smaller room to one individual (for one person) from 25 March onwards.
The flat is South facing with nice afternoon sunshine. Separate shower room and kitchen with dining area.. Furnished - see photographs.
An 8 minute walk to Kew Gardens Station and 5min walk to Kew Gardens St Margaret Gate. Road runs off Kew Green - a lovely local amenity. Tennis courts, shops and dance studios in easy walking distance too.

Please note the following:
- there is currently no living room as the larger bedroom used to be the living room. The dining table in the kitchen is sufficient for a “hang out area” as long as you won’t miss a place with a couch and more space. So the flat is quite “tight”, but functional to use as a base when not out working or socialising etc.
- The one precarious item in the flat is the glass hob, which would be about £3000 materials & labour to replace if it was damaged. I don’t have insurance for it, so I just warn tenants to be mindful when cooking on it.
