Attic Room in Family Home

We have an attic room in our family home in Kew. I have 2 adult children at home for now and a small fluffy dog.
We are 3 mins walk to Kew Gardens station on the District line and Overground and 3 mins walk to Kew Retail where there is an M&S, Boots and TKMaxx. We are 5 mins walk from Kew village with all it's quaint cafes and shops. National Archives is a 5 mins walk & The Botanical gardens is just 10 mins away.
There is shared use of kitchen, communal relaxation area and downstairs toilet.
On your floor you have your own shower and sink.
We also have a back garden with a gazebo and heater for Spring/Summer nights.
Ideally looking for a male as storage space is limited, the room is for sole occupancy. Wifi throughout but no TV and all bills included. We are looking for someone who is respectful of our family but we are all very sociable.
