Sunny and spacious en-suite double room available in our home in Kew Riverside.

We’re a small family household consisting of one parent (F) and two adult children (F/M) in our 30s, and we're looking for a friendly female lodger who would be comfortable living in a relaxed and respectful household.

The room is bright, spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, en-suite shower room, large fitted wardrobe and underfloor heating. Being on the top floor of the townhouse, it's also very quiet and private, with the shared areas on the ground floor. It's much bigger than your average room rental and feels more like having your own little space within the house.
You'll have use of the kitchen and dining area, and all bills and broadband are included.

The three of us all lead fairly independent lives with work, friends and other commitments, so the house is generally pretty quiet. We're looking for someone similar who is happy doing their own thing and isn't looking for a busy social house share.

We're lucky enough to live in the leafy, gated Kew Riverside development, surrounded by landscaped gardens, with Kew Retail Park conveniently next door. Residents also have access to a private health club directly opposite the house, which is included in the rent and has a fully equipped gym, pool, sauna and fitness classes.
