Lovely Modern House in Kingston with Large Garden

I have a single room now available to let in a 3 bed house in Kingston Upon Thames a short walk to kingston and the universities. 10 minutes from Norbiton station and very near to Richmond PArk which is gorgeous.

The house has one living room and a downstairs bathroom/shower/bath/toilet

I have a small pomchi called bear.

There is parking out front however we use this so if you have a car it would need to be parked by the side on the road in the cul de sac.
it has a with a shed for bikes at front and a large garden out back with large decking area and seating,

I am a very young 55 year old and I am a student and self employed, and into singing, yoga, healing etc.. my daughter lives here and works full time. It's a very chilled house we are not loud and I do not bother you at all.

We have a gazebo now on the decking and a table and charis to chill out in summer.
The living area has a dining table TV and large Sofa, modern trendy decor and clean.

I am looking for nice chilled out people who are respectful. If you smoke then only outside and drinking is to be kept to a minimum in the house - its not a party house and even though I can go out dancing till the early morn myself once in a blue moon and maybe have one too many that's not a regular occurance and I would not disturb the house so same thing goes..

I buy all washing cleaning things including toilet paper have all spices you need and you just need washing liquid for clothes and your own personal stuff.

Fully furnished comfy warm room - I don't like the cold and heating is on no matter what. Summer should be great chilling outside BBQs and be nice if you like to sit chat but don't worry if you like keeping yourself to yourself.

If you are single and have a partner its fine they stay once we have met them and its not restricted just as long as they dont move in otherwise charged as a couple.
