Flatshare May-July Richmond Park

Dear future flatmate,

I am looking for a flat mate from now -14th of July. Moving in/ out date can be discussed and can be shorter ( 2 weeks minimum). The room is for full time students or professionals aged 18-45, females preferred. Couples are welcome too ( 50 pounds extra per week-> 300 pounds)
You will be staying in a spacious room in a quite flat next to Richmond Park with a double bed, book shelve, draw and build in wardrobe. Sheets, towels etc can be provided.
You can use the kitchen ( including dishwasher and washing maschine) and relax in the large living room. I have Netflix and Amazon prime you can use too. There is a shed where you can leave your bike. The large garden is behind the flat and perfect to relax or eat outside. There is a Picknick bench, trampoline and bunny shed with 2 bunnies.
All bills are included including cleaner.
The busstop is just 2 min walk away ( bus to Kingston and Richmond).

I am a secondary school teacher who usually works from 8-4pm. As I have to work from home as well I am looking for someone who is easy going and able to take care of the flat plus enjoys some quality time after work to watch movies together or hang out.
