Double room for part week or short term

I’m looking to let my spare room to a friendly, quiet, clean, non smoking person.

The room has a double bed and black out curtains, a locker and a bureau.
Not tons of storage space, so would suit part week renter or short term.
Share of bathroom.

2 nights per week = £400/month
3 nights per week = £500/month
4 nights per week = £600/month
7 nights per week = £900/month

My flat is newly decorated, ground floor with garden.
Parking possible with permit, which you need to pay for.

My 9 year old Yorkipoo lives here, too, so you’ll need to like dogs.
