Flatshare close to Richmond Park

Hi, I am Katharina, 38 and a secondary school teacher,

I am looking for a new flatmate until the summer or longer. The room is for full time students or professionals, females preferred.
You will be staying in a spacious room in a quite flat next to Richmond Park with a small double bed, book shelve, draw and build in wardrobe. Sheets, towels etc can be provided. There is a sleeping sofa in the living room for guests too.
You can use the kitchen ( including dishwasher and washing maschine) and relax in the large living room. I have Netflix and Amazon prime you can use too. There is a shed where you can leave your bike. The large garden is perfect in the summer. There is a picknick bench, trampoline and bunny shed with 2 bunnies.
All bills are included including cleaner every 2 weeks.
The busstop is just 2 min walk away ( bus to Kingston and Richmond). There is free parking.

I am a secondary school teacher who usually works from 8-4pm. As I have to work from home as well I am looking for someone who is easy going and able to take care of the flat plus enjoys some quality time after work to watch movies together or hang out.
