Summer Sublet In Sw London (2 Months)

I’m going travelling again this summer, so I’ll be subletting my room in Kingston upon Thames from July 6 - September 1.

It’s a double room in a 4 bedroom house, with access to two bathrooms, patio, kitchen and parking.

The current household consists of 3 other working professionals between the ages of 29 - 35, so we’ll be looking for someone who ideally fits this criteria too. Everyone in the house is super chilled, and the vibe is fantastic, with a real homely feel. We do the occasional pub quiz, but also respect each other’s space and time.

The cost is £600pm (which includes bills), which is a real steal in today’s market.

The house is situated in a convenient but quiet location, with bus stops accessing Kingston, Wimbledon, and Richmond. There’s also Norbiton overground station 7 minutes away. Kingston Town centre is a 15 minute walk, and Richmond Park is 5 minute walk away! 🦌🌳
