One-Bedroom Flat - Bills Included!

This peaceful and Idyllic location is not only a stones throw away from Richmond Park but it also offers an abundance of greenery left, right and centre! A friendly and residential area with plenty of free parking if needed.

Our flat has its own private entrance around the side of the house by the car park. You would then walk into the kitchen/dining space and would find a lovely private patio garden. The kitchen joins onto a cosy living space/lounge. At the end of the hall would be a little toilet room under the stairs on the left and the en-suite shower-room off the bedroom on the right. (Two toilets).

The flat is fully furnished and dressed with everything you could need.
There is a smart TV in the living area and a TV in the bedroom which are both connected to Chromecasts.

Having a car around here is recommended as we have free parking and the train station is more than a 10/15 min walk away.
However, the bus stop is very close by and there are very regular, as usual in London Suburbs (approx every 7-10 mins).

If you do have a car, it is great to drive to the 65 bus stop by Ham Common (2 min drive), park around there for free and grab the 65 bus into Richmond which is only 10 mins (20 in rush hour).

371 Bus route, get off at 'Latchmere Road' bus stop.
This is a 2-minute walk from the house.
