You’ll be sharing the flat with two friendly and respectful housemates who enjoy a relaxed and tidy home.

Location & Transport:
Flat is a 5 minute walk to a big Sainsbury’s. There’s also a corner shop a minute away. The riverside is a 2 minute walk from the flat with a bar right next to it. The flat is close to a good amount of restaurants and bars as well. A great location with everything you might need nearby!

Kingston train station is a 5-7 minute walk away. The 65 bus is right outside the flat as well. And there’s a 20 minute walk to Penrhyn Rd campus.

Rent & Bills:
The rent is at an affordable 700£ a month with bills and utilities included, except for the electricity which comes at around 20£ pppm.
