Large room in cosy house

Hi - we have a double bed room available to rent in our family house. The room is coming furnished (double bed, desk, wardrobe...) and access to a shared bathroom (bath, toilet and think) with only one person. You will have access to the shared dinning area and kitchen and garden. There is space to park bike if needed.

The location is very quiet, Norbiton train station at walking distance, also bus (85) to city center and Putney. Close to Kingston hospital, Uni and Richmond park as well.

Currently living with my daughter (11). We have 2 dogs living with us, very gentle. I am working most of the time from home, busy with work and other children activities.

We are looking for someone who can take care of the room (student and professional welcome), clean and tidy.

Rent is £900 p/m bills included.
