Just 5 minutes to Kingston Hospital 🏥, 2 minutes to Lidl, 2 minutes to Asda, 2 mins from bus stop, 8 minutes to the train station, and surrounded by gyms, shops, and the beautiful Kingston upon Thames. Tucked off the main road for peace and quiet but still close to everything. Really easy commute into London.
We are looking for a fellow friend someone we can watch Tv and make dinner with( ideally a girl). Someone who clean and chill and wants to make memories.
About us — Max (26 today! 🎉) and Kirsten (25), together almost 4 years, plant lovers, big animal fans, and frequent dog-sitters — so hopefully you’re comfortable with the occasional furry visitor. We’re chilled, tidy, and don’t really party, drink, or smoke — but we do love cosy movie nights and the occasional relaxed social evening.
The room/flat — loads of storage, underfloor heating, smart lighting, and plenty of natural light. Bills not included they come around to £160.00 a month, rent is £965.
Move-in date: Ideally after 7th September, but we’re flexible and happy to welcome the right person sooner if it’s a great fit.
