Hi, I’m Kaush, and I’d like to introduce our apartment located at KT2 7BP. It includes two spacious double rooms and one single room. Both the single room and one of the double rooms are already taken and new tenants ( two male students) will move in few weeks time.

Only a double room is available which is suitable for two full-time students to share.

Single occupants are also considered with a monthly rent of £850 with one month rent as a deposit.

The picture shows a King size bed in the double room and this could be replaced either by a bunk bed or two single beds for two occupants.

The flat is conveniently situated right opposite Kingston Hospital, within walking distance to Norbiton Station and Kingston University.
