Massive double en-suite (whole top floor of house)

A very spacious top-floor room with plenty of built in storage and an en-suite bathroom. Some of the furniture is the current lodgers. The double bed + lazy chair are included, a large desk + other furniture can be provided if you'd like.

There's a large shared living / dining room, with space for a bike if required, and a kitchen with plenty of storage space. There's also small patio + astroturf garden, with some gardening bits if you fancy doing it up!

You'd be living with myself (Rich - Physiotherapist + retraining as a medical student - away a lot for placement), a Ukranian refugee (Nataliia - a chef who works far too hard and is out a lot) and an aloof cat, Rhea. We also often get frequent visits from the neighbourhood ginger cat George.

The last lodger stayed for 4 years, without any rent increases, which hopefully will give any renter piece of mind that it's a lovely, stable place to live.

We're looking for someone that is relaxed, easy to get along with, independent and can keep the communal areas tidy after use.

-7 min walk from Richmond park (if you don't already know it this is the real reason to live here - unreal walks/runs/bike rides/days out)
-10-13 min walk to Norbiton/Kingston station
-7 min walk from Kingston Hospital
-Coop 2 mins; Lidl 10 mins

There are also plenty of great pubs in the area for food + drink and if you're feeling lazy one night, a fish and chip shop 50m down the road!

Parking: We don’t have a car, so you could purchase a permit from the council easily.

Council tax band D. Bills, including cleaner every 2 weeks for shared spaces + bathrooms, are roughly £180-220/month depending on the heating.

We would much prefer a single person but could be interested in a couple. We would need to discuss further but would be increased rent and bills split 4 ways if so.
