The flat is situated within 10 minutes walk of Asda, Lidl, Aldi and Tesco. There's also a Pure Gym, The Gym, cafes, restaurants and the high street closeby in Central Kingston.
The rent is £850 total from the 23/10/2025 until the 11/11/2025 at the latest.
The deposit is £150 which you will receive back within 7 days of checking out providing there is no damage to the property upon checking out of the property.
You will be staying in the flat with one girl and one guy who are both in their mid/late 20s, who are very chilled and very respectful of privacy, whom also have their own en-suites. Please note, the kitchen and small storage cupboard (contains hoover, cleaning supplies etc.) in the hallway are the only communal areas in the flat.
