The Space
We have a clean and tidy double room available for a short-term stay over the New Year period. Located in a quiet, professional shared house in Kingston (KT2), this is the perfect spot if you want to be close to the celebrations but prefer a peaceful and respectful home to return to.
The house features a large, beautiful garden and a calm atmosphere.
We are looking for clean and tidy guests who will respect the quiet nature of our home.

New Year’s Eve Pricing
1 Person: £35 per day
2 People: £40 per day

During your stay, you are welcome to make yourself at home and use all facilities, including:
Fully equipped kitchen.
High-speed Wi-Fi.
Shared bathroom and living areas.
Large garden.

Check-out Times
To help us manage the room for the following days, we have the following check-out policy:
Leaving on 1st January: Check-out is by 2:00 PM (to give you a little extra time to rest!).
Leaving on any other day: Check-out is by 12:00 PM.

Excellent transport links from Kingston Station (direct trains to London Waterloo in ~30 mins).
Easy access to Kingston Town Centre’s shops, restaurants, and riverside.
