A bright furnished room is available in a friendly shared house in Kingston upon Thames. This is a replacement tenancy as I am moving out, and the contract runs until 31st August 2026 – perfect for students, exchange students or placement students looking for a March/April to August stay.
The rent is £860 per month and includes all bills (gas, electricity, water and internet). No deposit required, making moving in much easier.
The house is shared with a mix of students and working professionals in a calm, respectful environment. There is a shared kitchen, dining area, a bright conservatory and a garden, and the house is fully furnished and well maintained.
The property is in Kingston upon Thames, close to transport links, shops and Kingston University, making it ideal for anyone studying or working locally.
The new tenant will take over my place on the existing tenancy, subject to landlord approval and standard referencing.
