A bright furnished room is available in a friendly shared house in Kingston upon Thames. This is a replacement tenancy as I am moving out, and the contract runs until 31st August 2026 – perfect for students, exchange students or placement students looking for a March/April to August stay.
The move-in date is flexible from early March, and I’m happy to move out slightly earlier for the right person.
The rent is £860 per month and includes all bills (gas, electricity, water and internet). No deposit required, making moving in much easier.
The house is shared with a mix of students and working professionals in a calm, respectful environment. There is a shared kitchen, dining area, bright conservatory and garden, and the house is fully furnished and well maintained.
There are two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a separate laundry room with a dryer, two fridges, and plenty of kitchen cupboard space.
The property is in Kingston upon Thames, close to transport links, shops and Kingston University, making it ideal for anyone studying or working locally.
Students are exempt from council tax once registered.
The new tenant will take over my place on the existing tenancy, subject to landlord approval and standard referencing.
