1 newly furnished single furnished room in a 4 bedroom house with a living room, patio and garden located in a quiet residential area. Kingston Town centre is about a 10 min walk and Kingston train station is about a 15-20 min walk.

We are a home of 3 people, 1 male and 2 female. The new tenant would preferably be male just to keep things balanced and the room will be avaliable mid may.
