1 Double Bedroom in Shared Flat

Hi! My partner and I are looking for someone to replace our current flatmate, who is moving back to her home country.

We’ve lived in the flat for a year and really enjoy it. It’s in a great location, right near the station and next to Wetherspoons, so everything is very convenient. It can get noisy at times because of the location, but it’s never bothered us.

The available room is Bedroom 2 on the floor plan and comes fully furnished with a bed and other furniture. The photos are from before we moved in, as our flatmate is currently in the process of moving out, but we’re happy to send current pictures if you’re interested.

One bathroom and a shared living room and kitchen. We have a TV, wifi etc.

Bills are not included.

A little about us: We both work in hospitality, so our days off and working hours vary. We’re sociable, enjoy going out for a drink, and would love to live with someone who enjoys that kind of atmosphere too. My partner also loves cooking, and we host lunch/dinner parties.

I also went to Kingston University and lived around the area for a while so students are welcome.

We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy to get along with, who would enjoy making the flat feel like a home. We’re also very happy to respect each other’s space and downtime.
