Spacious Top-Floor Suite near Kingston Centre

My wife and I live in a 4 bedroom, three bathroom house.

We are looking to let the second floor suite with 2 beautiful, double rooms (1 bedroom and 1 living room) and a private bathroom to a professional lady.

There is a small fridge a microwave and broadband. Downstairs there is a washing machine and dishwasher available for use. All bills included. As well as cleaning once a month.

Sainsbury’s, open till 10, is just across the road. 5 minute walk from Kingston station, 8 minute walk from Kingston Town Centre with shopping, entertainments and amenities. Excellent bus service with a stop across the road. Richmond gate is 15 minute walk. The river is 8 minute walk.

My hobbies are bridge, golf and piano (digital with ear phones), my wife’s is painting.
