You also have use of a newly fitted wet room and mod con kitchen. Bills include tv & internet plus all household utilities.
Just a 1 min walk to Richmond Park, 8min walk to Norbiton station (direct links to Waterloo), and local buses to Richmond, Kingston, Wimboldon and New Malden.
