Entrance to main house with access to bathroom, kitchen, utility room is via front door in porch. Small double bed, desk, lots of storage space. Free parking outside house. Ten minute walk to 57 bus to either Raynes Park or Kingston/Norbiton.

Share kitchen with owner. Shower room/loo mainly for use by the lodger as owner has own bathroom.


Would suit a quiet, tidy, independent person who likes their own space. If no car would suit a male as quiet road to walk down at night. I have a cat and regularly look after a dog as well.
