Female housemate wanted

I am a friendly, outgoing 34 year old girl, seeking a reliable female housemate to live with. I have two small dogs, so it is essential you like dogs and have a good, kind nature towards animals.
I work full time, doing shift work, so my working hours range week to week, day to day. I don't work the same set days every week, it is always varied.
I am seeking someone who can live harmoniously with me and my lovely dogs. I have a drive for you to park a car, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and a small outdoor area as I am on the ground floor. I like to live in a clean space so it is essential you are someone who takes pride in your living space, and can maintain a nice tidy home. I have basic furnishings in the spare room, a bed and a basic wardrobe. You are more than welcome to add your own bits as you need. I have all other furnishings, ie TV in living room, washing machine etc. Council tax is £65 a month on top of rent and bills are approx £110 a month on top including water and WiFi. Have very good transport system in new barnet, so easy access to buses which take you to northern line or picadilly line.
