Looking for a comfortable London base during the working week without the expense or inconvenience of hotels?

Welcome to my beautifully refurbished home in Barnet – a peaceful, high-quality home designed for professionals who already have a permanent home elsewhere and need somewhere comfortable to stay while working in London.

Your Room

Fresh bedding and towels are provided, the room is cleaned each week, and you're very welcome to leave clothing and personal belongings here so you can travel light between home and London.

The House

You'll be sharing with just me and one other professional female lodger, who also has her own ensuite, so everyone enjoys plenty of privacy whilst sharing the living areas.

You'll have full use of:

• Beautiful open-plan kitchen/diner
• Large through lounge
• Bosch washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher
• Landscaped garden with several seating areas
• Quiet cul-de-sac location
• Free unrestricted on-street parking

I work from my home office during the week, so the house is generally quiet during the day. I'm looking for someone who will enjoy and respect a clean, friendly and relaxed home environment.

Excellent Location

Everything you need is within easy walking distance:

• High Barnet Underground Station (Northern Line)
• Totteridge & Whetstone Underground Station
• New Barnet railway station
• Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's and Aldi
• Cafés, restaurants and the High Road
• 24-hour gym
• Beautiful open countryside with lovely walks towards Totteridge and Barnet

Bus services are also just a two-minute walk away.

Availability

The room is available as a weekday let and would be ideal for someone who works in London during the week before returning to their permanent home at weekends.

The usual arrangement is Sunday evening (or Monday) through to Friday morning, although I can be flexible on the exact days for the right person.

Rent

£800 per calendar month, including all bills, together with:

• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Sky and Netflix
• Weekly cleaning
• Fresh bedding and towels
• Basic toiletries

If you only require two or three nights per week, I'm happy to discuss a reduced rent to reflect the number of nights required.

This would particularly suit someone such as a consultant, solicitor, architect, project manager, NHS professional, airline crew member or anyone who regularly works in London but has a permanent home elsewhere.
