Renting out a beautiful light large double room in New Barnet. The room comes with a large double bed, a vanity style desk with a desk chair and a large wardrobe. This used to be my daughter's room but she's now off to University and looking for another female tenant to take over her room.
About the room: The double room is part of a sizeable flat is on a quiet road. You will be able to use the shared bathroom, kitchen and living room as you'd like. It's a 9min walk to New Barnet Station which has direct Great Norther trains to Moorgate. There is also a bus stop less than a minute walk which can take you straight to High Barnet Underground Station (or a 18min walk). In the area, the New Barnet Sainsbury's as well as Pure Gym within a 10 minute walk.
About me: I am an Italian working professional in the food industry, so you will often find great baked goods in the kitchen you can help yourself to! I am often away for work throughout the weekdays and only casually work from home, but I will be around in the weekends. I am a mother of 2 daughters who are both away for university, so I also welcome students. I am passionate about travelling and family, as well as enjoying good food in good company.
About you: I am looking for a female housemate (no couples please) who doesn't mind having a chat over some coffee in the kitchen but also respects personal space. I am used to having my girls around so happy to welcome applications from female students/young professionals but also comfortable living with ladies closer to my age!
