A first floor double room in a large semi-detached, cat-loving home is available to let to a friendly single person - professional or mature student preferred. We are well located in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac, 12-15 minutes walk from Motspur Park rail and 2 minutes walk from bus stops (numerous routes including Kingston, Sutton and Heathrow). No parking restrictions, large mature and well-maintained garden, shared communal areas, Broadband, and all mod cons. Housemates would be the landlady, who is of white British origin and English speaking, and two other female tenants, one Lithuanian and the other South African. Only respectful, friendly, clean, tidy and easy-going animal lovers, who are prepared to muck in and share chores like emptying bins etc, will be considered. Please note that two of the people you will be sharing with frequently work from home, so noise must be kept to an absolute minimum on weekday daytimes.
