Double Room Available - Lovely Motspur Park House

A first floor double room in a large semi-detached, cat-loving home is available to let to a friendly single woman - a professional person or mature student would be preferred. We are LGBTQ+ friendly. The house is located in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac, 0.6 miles from Motspur Park Railway Station and two minutes walk from bus stops (numerous routes including Kingston, Sutton, and Croydon to Heathrow Superloop). There are no parking restrictions, and we have a large mature, well-maintained garden, shared communal areas, Broadband, and all mod cons. Housemates would be the landlady, two other female tenants who are of Lithuanian and Moroccan origin, and four cats. Only respectful, friendly, clean, tidy, animal loving females, who are prepared to muck in and share chores like emptying bins etc, will be considered. Please note that two of the people you will be sharing with frequently work from home, so noise must be kept to an absolute minimum on weekdays during the daytime.
