I have One DOUBLE BEDROOM with Kingsize Bed available to share in a newly refurbished, period mid-terrace house in New Malden. It is not en-suite but almost because housemate stay in that room has its own bathroom unless we have a house guest have to use the bathroom.

- Less than 30min to Waterloo station by train.

The house has been totally refurbished three years ago and is very bright and modern, with a lovely large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, floor heating cover the entire ground floor, two bathrooms and a third downstairs toilet. The kitchen has all the usual appliances including a big fridge and large range cooker. The room is very clean and tidy and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, table and chair. A beautiful garden with gas BBQ, ready to use when the sun comes out :)

You will be sharing with me and my husband, I'm Chinese and have been in London over 15 years. My husband is a self employed camera man. And you will not be share with others, just us… yep… anyway I'm a craft designer, my schedule is pretty variable. When not working I love to cook, go to the cinema and theatre (we have Netflix in the house don’t worry) and check out the London cultural scene.

I'm hoping to find clean and tidy professional housemates who are sociable but not 24 hour party people ;) Girl preferable. Let's talk in person :)
