It’s been fully modernised with all mod cons and hi-spec finish, including new double glazed windows, new boiler, solar panels, LED lighting, one bathroom plus downstairs loo and utility, fully equipped kitchen and open plan living/ dining space. Small but neat garden including decking, bench seating, fire pit, Astro turf and shed for bikes (I’m an avid cyclist).

There is a driveway with space for 2 cars and plenty of places on the roads nearby. Buses are on the doorstep (including 131 to Kingston or central and the N87 night bus from London 😉) and Norbiton station is a 10-15 min walk with trains to Waterloo taking about 25 mins. Kingston town centre and New Malden high street are a 5 minute bus ride away or 20 minute walk and there is a nice park visible from the rear of the house, as is the Kingsmeadow stadium for any supporters of Chelsea Ladies football club.

Sharing mainly with just myself and my 14 year old daughter who is with me most days in the week and alternate weekends in the loft room.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, side tables, desk and large wardrobe space and but we can discuss your furniture needs if you’d rather bring your own things.
