En suite double room in friendly house share

We are pleased to offer a light and spacious double en suite room in our well kept house share for working professionals. Please note, no couples and no smokers please due to licence restrictions, and full time working professionals only.

The house is a 15 min walk to New Malden Station, offering direct services to the City (Waterloo in under 25 minutes) via Wimbledon and Clapham Junction and is just a short bus ride to Kingston Upon Thames. Within walking distance there are local shops, supermarkets (Aldi 5 mins), cafes and restaurants; plus New Malden High Street is only 15 minutes walk away with it’s additional amenities (Waitrose, Lidl, Tesco) and independent cafes and bars.

The House:
A 3 storey town house, refurbished and decorated throughout. New double glazed windows, top spec boiler (plenty of hot water!) and ALL bedrooms have their own EN SUITE BATHROOMS. Good sized communal living room, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area.

There is 1 driveway parking space plus there is plenty of street parking (no permits), and to the rear a private patio garden with access to garage storage for bikes.

Fully Inclusive:
All bills and utilities are included; BT Super fast WIFI with WIFI extenders ensuring the best possible signal is available to all rooms; weekly cleaner for communal areas and all rooms fully furnished.

Room:
Furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room has recently had a full redecoration.

Housemates:
All housemates are in full time professional employment and references will be required. This is a very friendly house.

No agency. Professional landlord lives locally and manages the property. Sorry no pets as this is a house share, no smoking or vaping inside or in the garden.
