We have two furnished Double Rooms available (not including bills) with free super fast wifi in a lovely terraced house in New Malden. It is 5-10 minutes walk from New Malden Station and a few minutes walk to a bus stop, with lots of local amenities on burlington road (approx 1-2 mins walk) and new malden high street (approx 5 mins walk).
The first floor double room is available at £700 per month (now TAKEN) and the top floor double room with large ensuite bathroom is available at £850 per month.
We are a quiet house compromising right now of 2 females and would like somebody to join us who is clean, respectful and tidy. We are looking for female applicants only please.
We are also a Korean-friendly house, as the landlord is Korean.
