Double Room ideal for home working

Large double room is available.

Ideally someone with small friendly male dog but certainly a dog lover is required. I have 14 year old male Yorkshire Terrier. I am retired and happy to mind your dog if you have one. Kingston Park is about 200 meters away. Occasionally I would require some dog-sitting in a complimentary manner. The other lodger currently does this and is compensated as such, but will probably be leaving in the next few weeks.

This is a 3-bedroom semi-detached house, 2 doubles and 1 single. I use the smaller double bedroom while the larger double bedroom is available. All bedrooms can be locked,

The room available has double bed, 3 chests of draws, wardrobe, large desk, TV.

Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble dryer,

Cable broadband, Wi-Fi, garage, off-road parking, garden. Large TV, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, AppleTV, Now, TT Sport UHD, Sky Sport UHD if you are keen on football. 4 bicycles in garage if you wish to cycle. Also 2 kayaks.

All bills included in rent of £200 per week.

All house is shared, aside from the bedrooms, with kitchen, dining (snug) room, lounge, bathroom upstairs, additional toilet downstairs, garden, 2 parking spaces, garage, spare bicycles if you wish to cycle.

The room has double wardrobe, 3 chests of draws, double bed, desk, TV,, Cat5 + Wi-Fi and lots of free space.

I wish £200 per week, no deposit, includes all bills. The room is available from the 1st August.
