10-15 minute walk to new Malden (25 mins to waterloo) train station, 5 minute walk to Motspur park train station. Major bus routes and the new Malden high street which features a large Waitrose and a Tescos 5 minutes walk.

Bills are included electric, gas, water, and council tax. Will have to get your own wifi.
