Stunning Room in a Massive House in Kingston

The room is fully furnished.

The communal areas are clean and well maintained and include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

We do not require a security deposit. However, the following payments apply:

A £250 holding deposit is required to secure the room. This amount will be deducted from the final balance.
Once the holding deposit is paid, you will be asked to send your documents by email.
You will then be required to visit our office to complete the following payments:
a one-off payment of £250, which will contribute towards utility bills only for your whole stay.
In the office we ask for a £50 key deposit which will be refunded straight after check out.
You will have 2 options to pay:
Every 2 weeks or monthly.
As we don’t take a deposit we require your first 2 weeks and last 2 weeks of rent or you can pay your first months plus your last 2 weeks.
After the third month, if you choose to continue on a rolling contract, no further utility payments will be required.

We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them; they are offered simply to maintain our standard.

All flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful, and we are keen to keep the household to the same standard.
